Refund Policy
Standard Orders
We want you to be satisfied with your HoneyPWR purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a standard order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued for:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Products that do not match your order
- Quality issues with the product
- Orders that arrive significantly past the estimated delivery date
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom and white-label orders once production has begun
- Personalized or branded products
- Products opened or consumed (unless defective)
- Orders placed more than 30 days prior
Custom and White-Label Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom and white-label orders, these are generally non-refundable once production begins. However, we will work with you to resolve any quality issues or order discrepancies. Please review all proofs and specifications carefully before approving production.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@honeypwr.com with your order number
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Include photos if the product is damaged or defective
- Wait for our team to review and respond within 2-3 business days
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you received an incorrect or defective product, we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost. Contact us with your order details and we will ship the correct product as soon as possible.
